Psychic Test wants every visitor to feel confident about the experience on psychic-test.com. This page explains how we handle refunds for any paid service you access through the site.
Satisfaction commitment
If a paid reading does not meet the description you purchased, let us know within 7 days and we will review the session. Where a service failure is confirmed — for example a technical fault that interrupted the reading, or a reader who did not deliver the agreed time — we will offer a full or partial refund, or a session with another reader at no extra cost.
When refunds do not apply
- The reading was delivered as described and you simply disagreed with the insights received.
- Readings are considered entertainment content — outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
- Free sessions, free questions, or promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded.
- The claim is made more than 7 days after the session ended.
How to request a refund
Send us the session date, the reader you spoke with, and a short description of the issue through the contact page. We respond within 2 business days and resolve most cases within 5.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback before reaching out prevents us from investigating and may result in suspension of your account.
